Boyede Sobitan is the Co-founder and CEO of OjaExpress, a digital marketplace for culture-specific grocery stores. Boyede’s route to tech and entrepreneurship is very unlikely given his background. Boyede is a healthcare administrator. He graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago’s College of Nursing with his BSN and School of Public Health with his Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA). Boyede has a passion for mentoring, community development, and social responsibility. We discuss his path to entrepreneurship and the struggles founders of color often face when building a business.
